Mr David Hunt BSc(Hons), Dip Arch, MBA

Mr Hunt was Vice-Chair from 2006 until his appointment as Chair in 2010.
An architect by profession, studying at University College London in the 1960s, Mr Hunt's career spanned posts in both the public and private sectors. He joinned the housing association movement in 1979 and retired as Chief Executive of Broadland Housing Association in 2002. He is also currently Chairman of Housing Association Property Mutual (HAPM) and a former Chair of Julian Housing Support.
He obtained his MBA in 1998.

Mrs Bett Barrett MSc BA (Hons) RGN RHV DNCert Cert Ed
Retired Health Researcher : Joined Board in 2004
Mrs Barrett was educated in Norwich. She trained as a nurse and health visitor in London before returning to Norfolk and studying at the University of East Anglia for a degree in Development Studies.
Her career has been varied but all of it related to health. She has worked in the community as a practising health visitor, in health service management and in nurse education. She has been Chief Executive of a Women’s Health Charity and has project managed a number of health research trials. She has an MSc by research from Manchester University as well as a teaching qualification.
She has for many years been an active volunteer for a wide range of organisations. Current community activities include being a Trustee of Age UK Norfolk and being a volunteer for the Witness Service in the Magistrates' and Coroner's Courts.
