Mrs Sarah Dixon MRICS

Mrs Dixon was born and educated in Norwich and trained as a chartered surveyor with a well-known local practice. She worked as project quantity surveyor on a wide variety of projects including a number of social housing schemes, many with Cotman. In 1995 she left to work freelance and the bulk of her projects were for a local building contractor as surveyor.

Mr David Hunt ARIBA MBA BSc(Hons)

Mr Hunt retired as Chief Executive of Broadland Housing Association in 2002, and is currently Chairman of Julian Housing Support as well as Housing Association Property Mutual (HAPM). He studied architecture in the 1960’s at University College London and following qualification filled a number of posts as architect in both public and private sectors, joining the housing association movement in 1979. He obtained his MBA in 1998.

Mr Peter Shields ACIB

Mr Shields moved to Norwich in 2003 having taken early retirement from his role as Managing Director of an International Investment Bank to pursue charitable and academic projects. His varied business interests include running his own business consultancy. He is also a non-executive Director of an Edinburgh-based bond brokerage and Chairman of a Norfolk property company. His voluntary activities include chairing the Board of Governors of a school in Norwich, and fund-raising on behalf of youth organisations. He is currently satisfying a long-held interest in history by studying for a degree at the University of East Anglia.
