Chief Executive
Mrs Vivien Farrow MSc MBA ACIAT
Vivien Farrow joined Cotman Housing Association in May 1987 as Development Manager. She was promoted to the joint post of Development Manager/Deputy Director in October 1989 and to her current post in 1990.
After leaving school she attended Art College in Kingston upon Thames, following which she joined the Architect’s Department Bedfordshire County Council. Whilst working there she gained HNC in Building Construction and subsequently became an Associate Member of the British Institute of Architectural Technologists.
Mrs Farrow was with Bedfordshire County Council for 8 years before moving as Senior Architectural Technician to a Norwich based Architect’s practice that specialised in residential development.
In January 2000 Mrs Farrow obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Roffey Park Management Institute, and in 2006 graduated with an MSc in Career Management and Counselling from the Dept of Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck College, University of London.
Finance Director/Joint Deputy Chief Executive
Mr Quinto Gavita FMAAT
Quinto Gavita joined the Association as Accountant in March 1989, and was promoted to the joint post of Accountant/Deputy Director in May 1991. In March 2000 his post was re-titled Finance Director.
Immediately prior to joining Cotman Mr Gavita worked for a Poultry Production Company where he rose to the post of Financial Accountant. His very varied career includes 2 years in Local Government and 10 years in the entertainment industry working on the Continent as Chief Cashier for an International Touring Company.
Mr Gavita is a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
Housing Services Director/Joint Deputy Chief Executive
Mr Wayne Tatlow BA(Hons) DipH MCIH
A Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Wayne Tatlow joined the Association as Housing Management Officer in August 1992, having completed a postgraduate Diploma in Housing and, some years earlier, a BA (Hons) in Sociology.
Prior to returning to University as a mature student he worked for the United States Department of Defence and held a variety of posts in the Housing Management Offices on the USAF bases located at RAF Lakenheath and RAF Bentwaters.
Mr Tatlow was promoted to the post of Housing Manager in April 1994 in the face of strong external competition. In March 2000 his post was re-titled Housing Services Director.
He is a former school Governor and, since June 1998, has been a Trustee of Space East (formerly the Voluntary Hostels Group) an organisation that co-ordinates the activities of and campaigning for hostels in the eastern region.
