PART-TIME RESIDENT CARETAKER

c. £8,348 pa

20 hours per week - Based in Hoveton

 

Living and working in our purpose-built retirement estate at Hoveton near Wroxham, you will act as a 'good neighbour' to the leasehold residents of 28 flats. Main duties will include cleaning and maintaining the internal and external communal areas and responding to residents' calls on the emergency communication system when at home.

 

The working week will be four hours per day, Monday to Friday, at times to be agreed. A background of working with retired people would be an advantage.

 

You will be offered a two bedroom first floor flat for a service rent of £265 per calendar month, the opportunity to join a contributory pension scheme and 24 days annual leave (rising to 29 days). There will also be an opportunity to take on extra gardening duties in the growing months.
