STAFF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Cotman Housing Association prides itself on the fact that its staff are committed to the provision of social housing, and that its employees are fulfilled in the work that they do.
We consider it very important that all staff are given adequate training for the job they undertake, both when they commence work with us and during their employment.
It is our Policy that employees will be supported in undertaking relevant professional training both financially and by means of day release, subject to their performance at work being generally acceptable.
All staff are encouraged to attend such training events and seminars as are considered appropriate for the work they are asked to undertake. In addition, senior staff members are generally expected to attend a minimum of one major housing-related conference a year.
