I’ve lost my visitors car park permit, how do I get a replacement?
If you have lost your visitors car-parking permit please write to your Housing Officer or email office@cotman-housing.org.uk. Please note we will only accept a request for a replacement visitor’s car park permit in writing or via email.
I’ve got a new car, how do I get a new car parking permit?
Please provide us with a copy of the log book for your new vehicle. This can be done by post or in person.
Do I have to pay for a replacement car parking permit?
If you require a replacement permit because you have changed your car the Association does not make a charge.
If the replacement is for a lost permit we will not usually make a charge, however a charge of £5 will be made for excessive replacements (3rd or 4th requests).
