Residents in Norwich will unite for a community fun day with a serious message
The event is being organised by the Norfolk Alliance, (made up of local partner organisations including Cotman Housing, Orbit East, South Norfolk Council, Broadland Housing Association. Norwich City Council and Saffron) working alongside the England Illegal Money Lending Team and other local partners.
At the fun day there will be a circus skills workshop, face painting, t-shirt graffiti, a mega slide and bouncy council and much more.
August 2011: A campaign has been launched to target loan sharks in Norwich. The England Illegal Money Lending Team have joined forces with Cotman Housing Association to raise awareness of the dangers of borrowing from illegal money lenders.
10 January 2011: Learning City would like to raise awareness of adult learning and celebrate the achievements of learners in Norwich with a special ceremony, the Norwich Community Learning Awards 2011, to be held at Blackfriars Hall on 16 March 2011. For further information and to apply click here.

December 2010: Cotman is a member of the Norfolk Community Cohesion Network, a partnership of member organisations from across the public, voluntary and community sectors in Norfolk, responsible for the development and implementation of the Community Cohesion Strategy.
