Chairman
Vivien Farrow -
Managing Director
Vivien joined Cotman Housing Association in 1987 as development
manager. She was promoted to the joint post of development
manager/deputy director in 1989 and to chief executive in 1990. She
became managing director when Cotman joined Places for People Group
in 2009.
From art college in Kingston upon Thames, Vivien joined the
architect's department at Bedfordshire County Council where she
gained an HNC in building construction. She then moved to an
architect's practice in Norwich specialising in residential
development as senior architectural technician.
Vivien holds a Masters in Business Administration from Roffey Park
Management Institute and an MSc in Career Management and
Counselling from Birkbeck College, University of London.
Wayne Tatlow -
Director of Asset Management and Property Services
Wayne joined the association as a housing management officer in
1992, having completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Housing at
Birmingham City University. Prior to this he worked for the United
States Department of Defence. He held a variety of posts in the
housing management offices located at RAF Lakenheath and RAF
Bentwaters.
He was promoted to the post of housing manager in 1994 which was
re-titled housing services director in 2000. Wayne was appointed as
director of asset management and property services in 2010.
He's a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, and holds a BA
(Hons) in Sociology.
Jane Warnes -
Director of Neighbourhoods and Support Services
Jane joined the association in 1992 as a housing management
officer having previously worked in the housing and planning
departments at Norwich City Council. She went on to hold the
positions of area housing manager and operations manager. Jane was
appointed as director of neighbourhood and support services in
2010.
Jane studied for the Chartered Institute of Housing's
professional qualification at Anglia Ruskin University in
Chelmsford before starting a Diploma in Management Studies at
Norwich City College.
She's a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has a
Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of
East Anglia. Jane also holds a BA (Hons) in French.
